I’ll be honest… Used the whole can of coconut milk. What on earth am I going to do with a partial can of coconut milk before it goes off?

So I definitely started this incorrectly. The initial frying of the paste and cream should have been much drier, such that the butternut chunks then take on colour. But it seems fine. In fact, in hindsight the milk should have been cream… But where the hell do you get that?
