Japanese Greens & Mushroom Stir Fry

Used buckwheat soba; Used beansprouts instead of spring onion, I believe the onion would be better, but the beansprouts are slightly better FODMAP.  Couldn’t find sesame seeds…  Added chili furikake instead, this with the sliced chilli also it was a little too hot.  Really good, very quick.
