Very large peppers are also required for a full meal, these were pretty tiny.<\/p>\n<p>The filling is great, very tasty, I are most of it from the pan given that it wouldn\u2019t fit in the peppers. I also added some sriracha as well as some dressing from yesterday which really helped. Finding a way to get the peppers a little more cooked would also be useful.  They weren\u2019t undercooked, but they weren\u2019t particularly bringing much to the party. Perhaps charring the outside before anything else would be useful.
