Seem to taste fine so I&#8217;ll persevere with these ones.&nbsp;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>So I definitely started this incorrectly. \u00a0The initial frying of the paste and cream should have been much drier, such that the butternut chunks then take on colour.
