Topped with some toasted pistachios.<\/p>\n<p>The compote from the previous night&#8217;s duck was a welcome sharpness.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the brie isn&#8217;t the finest choice of cheese for an omelette, not tangy enough to fight the egg.
