    Cashew Curry

Honestly wasn’t a fan of this. The flavours were pleasant, but the textures of the cashew and the chickpeas just weren’t appealing to me. Perhaps making it more rich would be helpful, but I’m not sure that I would bother with it again, there are simply too many exceptional curries to bother wrestling this into a more enjoyable meal. Salmon Burgers with Thai Dressing

Really good, simple, quick and flavoursome. Oddly reminded me of a superior version of the chicken balls tried earlier in the year, due to the Thai influences.  The salad there would work beautifully here, though is clearly more time consuming. From Eat to Beat Illness, pg. 226

    Spanish spicy chickpea stew

So good! Pleased to find nitrate free chorizo. Could reduce the spice, it has a kick, but I like this level. Keeps very well and great for lunches. Very easy to make vegetarian, but the chorizo is rather good in this. From Eat To Beat Illness, pg. 170
