This is a great way to cook new potatoes – And accompanying them with a filet of fish steamed for a few minutes in a bamboo steamer is perfect. Ingredients Method I haven’t tried the following, but they are from the same people and worth paying attention to. 1. Jersey Royals (Waxy) – Poached & Glazed Ingredients Method 2. Agria – Crispy French Fries Ingredients Method 3. King Edward – Crispy Jacket Potato Ingredients Method 4. Yukon Gold – Fondant Potatoes Ingredients Method

this is missing some of the deep savory flavor of the recipe from every grain of rice, so I would modify, not use ketchup… But the technique here is more helpful than other recipes, with temp guidelines and a good drive consistency achieved. A note for all recipes is that I think grinding the szechuan peppers more finely should be preferred. https://www.recipeshare.app/recipes/mapo-tofu-masterclass-sheldos-kitchen

Just about my favorite things from 2026. The buns are wonderful, and decadent in their complete form with cream. However they are also an excellent standard bun for snacking or sandwiches. For the buns: For the Almond paste To finish How To Make Swedish Semlor

Wonderful, very simple version of this savoie, heart attack facilitating classic as interpreted by Raymond Blanc. Somehow not terribly heavy, and very moreish. Shall salad an essential accompaniment. Easily the best version I’ve tried. The recipe calls for 150g vaccine l comte, 150g roblochon. I used about 500g roblochon as it’s what we had, which worked without problem (as if it were in doubt), but I would not hesitate to try the 50\50 split. I also delgazed with a healthy amount of white wine, not in the recipe, but I would prefer this as I believe it lightens the sauce…

I love this curry. The attempt inspired by a video of an old Indian women processing the cooking of industrial quantities of this to feed a school. A little research later and I decided that this was a close approximation of what she was doing in that. Quite often this kind of process, ending up in picking a random recipe from the internet, does not produce consistent results. However I stumbled into perfection with this one. I think frying the paneer as a first step is a good move, cutting the video rather than the recipe… but I don’t really…

Wonderful taco or fajita filling. Used feta instead of queso fresco, don’t know if that is close, but it is tasty. From Nortena, Pg. 50

A bean curry! Very nice comforting, wholesome. Not sure this is an authentic version, but it is very nice. From Rupi Cooks, Pg. 196

Delicious and simple, really excellent. Looking like a very promising collection of recipes, up to this point. Leon, One Pot, Pg. 36

Really great, and very easy. Would benefit from sour cream. You could also up the cheese, for which, by the way, feta is a great alternative. Delicious. From Nortena, Pg. 50

Not made as a salad because I just didn’t fancy it cold. Would have been perfect with sourdough toast. Also this was a little acidic, although I think that’s my heavy hands with lemon rather than the instructions. But worth care. Any bean will do. From Sophie Grigson, Exploding Tomatoes Pg. 48
